Sorting Objections

Projects

I developed this project using Articulate Storyline, starting from a template I found on Articulate's eLearning Heroes community. Initially, the template simply demonstrated how to select avatars. I took it further by incorporating complex interactions, turning the unselected avatars into competitors in a game-like scenario. In this setup, learners engage with a branching scenario where they need to choose the best of three responses to tackle objections from a customer. Based on their choices, I update the player's score, and I also display the scores of "fake" players to create a competitive environment.

I achieved this dynamic by integrating custom JavaScript to handle the scoring. Additionally, I programmed the avatars’ expressions to change depending on their scores relative to others. The player with the highest score at the end wins, with an option to replay the game.

I designed this project as a flexible template, allowing other developers to easily swap the content in the scenario window without disrupting the sophisticated mechanics working in the background. I made each slide a duplicate template, ready to be configured into any branching scenario layout as needed. I also created all animations, complex interactions, and JavaScript, not to mention the tones that play when the game starts and the avatars descend into place, using FL Studio. My aim was to craft a versatile and reusable educational game template that could be applied to branching scenarios, quiz-style games, or any interactive setting where players must select the best options to triumph.

Introduction to SalesForce

This Articulate Storyline introduction to Salesforce was made in preparation for an interview I had with HomeAway. The interviewer was impressed that I created this the night before the interview and consequently hired me for the contract.

It's pretty straight forward e-learning with a couple of simulations.

The Benson Creatives Logo

For this project, I wanted to create a logo from scratch. I started with a photo of my own eye. Then, using Adobe Illustrator I recreated my eye as best I could. After I was happy with the results, I used Adobe Express to position and illustrated eye and add the Benson Creatives name at the bottom. I also created my Linkedin Banner with Adobe Express.
